What I collect

When you join the waitlist I collect your first name and email address.

Why

To send you emails about The Tiny App Lab, like when it opens.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it anytime.

Where it's stored

Your name and email live in a database called Lovable Cloud (Supabase). The database sits in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU, and your data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA there.

When The Tiny App Lab opens, waitlist emails will be sent with Kit (kit.com). Kit is based in the US, so your data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. That is allowed under GDPR because appropriate safeguards are in place, and Kit only handles your data on my behalf.

I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with anyone else.

Keeping the list free of spam

To stop bots from filling in the form, I keep a one-way scrambled version of your IP address for up to 24 hours. "One-way" means it can't be turned back into your real address, and I never store the address itself. The legal basis for this is my legitimate interest in keeping my site and my list free of spam.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your data. The scrambled IP address is gone after 24 hours.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
